Make an appointment today and get to know our providers and teams supporting southwest Montana with exceptional primary care.

The Southwest Montana Dental clinic is here to serve all patients, with or without insurance. We provide a sliding fee scale and offer a variety of services ranging from exams, cleanings, oral surgery, fillings, crowns and limited root canals. We accept patients with Medicaid dental insurance and charge per visit instead of per procedure, allowing you to make the most of your Medicaid coverage. Our mission is to provide all our patients with healthy smiles through painless dentistry. We also offer emergency walk-in services every weekday morning – except for the second and fourth Friday – on a first-come first-serve basis beginning at 7:45 a.m. for anyone in pain from a tooth emergency. We also are proud to offer the area’s only Free Kids mornings, the second and fourth Friday where any child can get dental care for free.

Behavioral Health

At SWMTCHC, we believe that the best approach to wellness is to treat both the mind and body. During your visit, you may have the opportunity to consult with a Behavioral Health Provider to address needs related to your mood, energy, sleep, situational stress, grief, substance use, or other behaviors impacting your physical health. Emotional well-being affects physical health. Having a team that provides behavioral health services in one setting, and often in the same visit, provides complete care to improve the quality of your life.

We offer a variety of behavioral health services to adults and children, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Parent/Child Interaction Therapy, and other evidence-based cognitive and behavioral therapies, as well as psychoeducational and peer support groups.

Substance Use Treatment

At SWMTCHC, we know that addiction is a chronic but treatable medical condition. For those who struggle with opioids/heroin, meth, or alcohol use, we can provide medication like Suboxone and naltrexone/Vivitrol. In addition, we offer behavioral health, care management, and peer support. We offer walk-in treatment 7 days a week so you can get started on the path to recovery today.
