Wendy Grim is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner at SWMTCHC. She was born and raised in Southeastern Idaho. Wendy recently relocated to Southwestern Montana, and it has become her home away from home. Wendy has been a nurse for over 25 years and graduated from Purdue University in 2022, in the post Master’s FNP Program. Wendy has spent her career working in women’s reproductive health, general health, and mental health. She enjoys caring for patients of all ages. Her nursing and education background connect her to her patients in order to provide detailed treatment plans in a caring and compassionate manner. She values the time spent with patients getting to know each person individually to understand their needs in a comprehensive fashion. When she is not working, she loves spending time with her children and family, reading and doing any outdoor activity.
