Emily Lott is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Candidate providing services in the Butte (Monday and Tuesdays) and Anaconda (Wednesdays and Thursdays) communities. Emily grew up in Twin Bridges, Montana and later Southwestern Connecticut where she received her bachelor’s degree in justice and law administration in 2015. Upon graduation Emily moved back to Montana and served in social work and care management roles throughout several Southwest Montana communities until completing her Master of Social Work from the University of Montana in 2024.

Emily enjoys working with teenagers, young adults, and adults from ages 12 and up, using her knowledge of trauma-informed care and empowerment-based approaches to create a safe, supportive, and collaborative space for healing both mentally and physically. Emily has knowledge in utilizing various interventions, including but not limited to, motivational interviewing, acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and expressive arts therapy. Emily has wide-ranging experience from working with individuals who experience serious and persistent mental health struggles, substance use, trauma, and difficulties coping with life transitions, and she is dedicated to tailoring her approach to fit each patient’s unique needs. Outside of the center, you may find her spending time outdoors with her family and two dogs, reading, or crocheting.
