Donna Smith, DO

Dr. Donna Smith is a Member of the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Academy of Family Practice. She has been in practice for 18+ years. Dr. Smith completed her undergraduate degree at St. Louis University and earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine, in Phoenix, Arizona. During her training, Dr. Smith spent time at Minneapolis Children’s Hospital as visiting chief resident and City Heart Hospital in Debra Dunn, India, working in critical care. Her experiences also include working in remote Alaska providing emergency and obstetrical care. Dr. Smith enjoys working with all ages and populations. She has a passion for integrative medicine. In 2009, Dr. Smith was a recipient of the Government Performance and Results Achievement award for excellence in medical care delivery and documentation. She believes in removing barriers to medical care and enjoys educating her patients and the next generation of health care providers. In her free time, Dr. Smith enjoys cross country skiing, travel, yoga, picking huckleberries, fishing with her husband, and playing with her dog.
